Hudson Park Stony Point will be a “multigenerational community” providing a range of housing formats for residents of varying ages and, thereby, allowing these residents to “age in place” and stay with longstanding friends and family. These will be condo flats and townhouses that will focus on empty-nesters who no longer want a large home and want the convenience of exterior maintenance performed by professional management, and seniors units of assisted living and independent living formats for those that want and need congregate living and care, and there will also be luxury multifamily one-bedroom units for younger working professionals.

Remediation and Removal of
Existing Letchworth Buildings
Eight of the existing dilapidated Letchworth Buildings will be remediated of asbestos and other contaminants and razed and removed from the property. The beautiful limestone from the facades of these buildings will be utilized in the new buildings – to the greatest extent practicable.
